I tried right-clicking on the HP 2035 option and Advanced was greyed out. When installing, I was able to go to a listing of printers, but the HP LJ P2035 was not in the list - ? So picked the generic option of HP Universal Printing PCL 5. exe files to choose from (the list won't copy in here): I selected the hp-upd-6.1.0 20062/ driver, and got a listing of. So I clicked on download drivers, selected to download an older version, and got a list called "Index of/Pub/Softlib/ UPD" HP provides best effort support for PCL5 in the HP UPD. HP UPD 6.1.0 is the last release of HP UPD to include PCL5. It told me that Tricia’s printer is compatible with a PCL5e driver, and there is a note below: I swapped printers back, then tried installing the Universal Driver on Tricia’s machine. This is Terri here - I wanted to share the details of what I did after I discovered that swapping our printers did not make a difference.
